Global recruitment consultancy and ASPIRE associate member, Antal International, has sold its Polish business to contract, RPO and personal outsourcing company, Work Service in an $8.67m cash deal.

The buyout will see Work Service take over the management of Antal International operations in Warsaw, Kraków and Wrocław. The Polish operation will continue to trade under the same brand name and will have access to the global network of the Antal International Group.
